In this paper,organic photosensitive resin was used as the liquid precursor,and the precursor conversion technology was combined with digital light processing(DLP)3D printing.The printed precursor polymer was pyrolysis under a specific temperature program,the SiOC ceramic was successfully synthesized.Studying the preparation and ceramization of SiOC precursor resin by 3D printing,the designed resin formulation has excellent fluidity(processable viscosity 0.068 Pa?s),which was suitable for 3D printing.And the formulation does not contain solvent,avoiding ceramic cracking and environmental pollution caused by solvent evaporation.Studying the optimal formulation of photosensitive resin precursor,the optimum length of time after photocuring and the optimum temperature program for pyrolysis,a SiOC ceramic material with complex structure can be prepared with a smooth surface and no visible cracks.The prepared SiOC ceramics were analyzed for structural composition and physical properties by FT-IR,XRD,Raman,SEM,etc.The prepared SiOC ceramic has an average volume shrinkage of 50.68%in three directions of length,width and height,a ceramic yield of 16.19%,a density of 1.33g/cm~3,a porosity of 47.37%,a hardness of 1.85 GPa and a thermal conductivity of1.431 W/m K,which is a porous ceramic material with good performance.A functional filler BN was added into the above organic photosensitive resin precursor to prepare a SiOC/BN ceramic.Based on the optimal resin formulation,the effect of BN as a filler on the 3D printing and the effect on the shrinkage and yield of the precursor polymer were investigated.Due to the volume effect of the filler,the addition of BN effectively inhibits the shrinkage of the ceramic,increases the yield of the ceramic,reduces the porosity inside the ceramic,and increases the density of the ceramic.The prepared SiOC/BN ceramic material was analyzed by thermogravimetric,FT-IR,XRD,SEM,etc.to determine the structural composition and physical properties of the SiOC/BN ceramic.The prepared SiOC/BN ceramics have a shrinkage of only 37%in three directions of length,width and height,a yield of21.71%,a porosity of 42.71%,a density of 1.75 g/cm~3,and a thermal conductivity of1.793 W/m K.The addition of the filler BN effectively inhibits the shrinkage of the precursor polymer,increases the ceramic yield,and improves the thermal conductivity of the ceramic,giving the ceramic superior performance.
