| Millettia laurentii belongs to one of the eight types of rosewood,which contains three rosewood species,namely Millettia laurentii De Wild,Millettia leucantha Kurz and Cassia siamea Lam.Millettia Laurentii is commonly used to make tea tables,tea sets and bowls for eating.When the hot water is placed,the utensils will emit a scent of fragrance,which has a refreshing health effect.Long-wearing Millettia Laorentii　ornaments have the effect of eliminating pain,appeasing unstable mood,promoting sleep and suppressing nightmares.In addition,there are many narratives about the health benefits of Millettia Laurentii,but there are few molecular studies on the health function of Millettia Laurentii.In view of this,three kinds of Millettia Laurentii,Millettia laurentii De Wild,Millettia leucantha Kurz,Cassia siamea Lam,etc.were analyzed by moderb analysis methods such as GC-MS,Py-GC-MS,and TDS-GC-MS.Identifying small molecular compounds of Millettia Laurentii reveals the potential function of Millettia Laurentii for human health.The specific research results are as follows:(1)Millettia laurentifs health benefits research.(-)-Spartameol in Millettia laurentii De Wild extract has strong in vitro antibacterial activity and inhibits the activities of Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas,Proteus mirabilis,Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae;Cis-trimethoxy resveratrol can effectively inhibit the proliferation of melanoma cells;Cypressane,8-propoxy in the volatiles has the effect of preventing influenza;1,2-phthalic acid,bis(2-methylpropyl)ester has a certain anti-cancer activity.S-Indacene-1,7-dione,2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-3,3,4,5,5,8-hexamethyl in extract Millettia leucantha Kurz has strong antibacterial ability and stable activity;Propionic acid,2-methyl,3-hydroxy-2,2,4-trimethylpentyl ester in volatiles has a certain antibacterial ability;Benzene,1,2,3-Trimethoxy-5-(2-propenyl)has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antithrombotic and hypolipidemic effects.Ledene oxide-(Ⅱ)in extract Cassia siamea Lam has the medicinal value of dispelling wind and clearing heat,reducing swelling and detoxification;Benzaldehyde in volatile matter has inhibitory effect on phenol oxidase activity of larvae;Propionic acid,2-methyl,3-hydroxy-2,2,4-trimethylpentyl ester has certain antibacterial ability.In summary,Millettia laurentii extracts and volatiles contain pharmaceutically active molecules and have health benefits.(2)Comparative study of Millettia laurentii extracts and volatiles.Different species of extracts and extracts of the Millettia laurentii,the chemical composition of the extracts are also different,and the health-care ingredients contained therein are also different;When the tree species are different,the volatile components and content of the Millettia laurentii are also different,and the components having the human health effect are also different;Millettia laurentii contains a small amount of harmful volatiles,which is extremely harmful to the human body due to its extremely low content.(3)The release process of volatiles from Millettia laurentii.The release process of the volatiles of the Millettia laurentii can be divided into three stages.In the first stage,the quality of Millettia laurentii varies greatly.During this process,some volatile matter and a small amount of water are released,and the release rate of volatile matter is gradually reduced.In the second stage,the quality of Millettia laurentii remained basically unchanged.In the process,only a small amount of volatiles were released,and Millettia laurentii showed a process of continuous endothermic;In the third stage,the quality of Millettia laurentii changes greatly,and a part of the volatile matter is released,and the release rate of the volatile matter is gradually increased. |
