Research On Modeling And Control Based On Surface Characteristic Parameters Of Welding Pool

The weld pool contains the characteristic information of the weld quality,and the skilled welder obtains high-quality welds through welding experience and skill.The welder completes the welding by observing the welding posture in real time by observing the change in the surface of the molten pool during the welding process.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of the surface of the weld pool were collected by experiments.Three different cameras were used to shoot the molten pool in a targeted manner,and the surface image of the molten pool was obtained.The surface parameters of the weld pool were obtained by image processing technology,and the weld pool contour model was established.The weld length and melt width of the weld pool contain information on the weld quality.By changing the welding parameters,the surface characteristics and weld defects of the weld pool are analyzed.It is important to obtain well-formed welding parameters and related control experience through experiments.Theoretical significance and application value.
