In the field of welding,welding automation is receiving more and more attention.Weld seam tracking is the key technology in welding automation.The accuracy and stability of deviation extraction is the basis of weld tracking.In the study of rotating arc welding,the mathematical model of rotating arc is established to study the basis of rotating arc welding.Referring to the current and arc data in the theoretical model,the current signal processing and the deviation extraction process are guided to achieve the purpose of improving the accuracy and stability of the deviation.The collected current data is analyzed to find out the main noise characteristics in the signal.The welding stabilized power supply used in this paper has the function of short-circuit transition suppression.According to the trend of current data changes in the theoretical model,the noise signal of the short-circuit transition suppression in the current is locally processed;then the various noises in the signal are processed as a whole.Thereby determining the method used for signal processing.According to the characteristics of the signal,the order of the filtering method is determined,and the combined filtering method is obtained.According to the current comparison with the theoretical model,the filtering result is analyzed rationally.Dividing a welding cycle into four regions,using the current and arc data in the theoretical model,corresponding to the four regions in the welding,according to the results of the arc conversion formula,compared with the four regions of the arc length in the theoretical model,Verify the correctness of the trend,and correct the arc signal in the theoretical model to obtain the arc length data after current conversion.In order to solve the problem of uncertain arc number in the cycle,a dynamic sub-period method is proposed to divide the arc period,then the arc dynamic space is three-dimensional,and the welding deviation value is obtained by plane fitting.Through the welding experiment,the deviation is extracted,the stability of the result is verified,and the accuracy of the deviation extraction is improved.The fixed deviation is preset to verify the correctness of the deviation result.Finally,thepracticability and real-time of the welding tracking is proved by the linear fillet weld tracking experiment.
