MCM-41 has become a hot spot in the field of adsorption due to its excellent performance such as stable pores and controlled pore size.However,there are also disadvantages such as small pore size and difficulty in diffusing ions into the pores.So MCM-41 has been modified.Sexual re-application has significant effects in the field of adsorption and catalysis.In this paper,mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 was synthesized by hydrothermal method at room temperature,and different amounts of1,3,5-trimethylbenzene were added as auxiliary agents to synthesize a series of reaming MCM-41.A series of MCM-41 were analyzed to investigate the effect of different amounts of pore-enlarging agent on MCM-41.On the basis of selecting the best ratio of MCM-41 as the carrier,two kinds of surface ion-imprinted polymers La-IIP and IIP-PEI/MCM-41-2 with different functional monomers were synthesized,and the imprinted materials were respectively characterization analysis and condition optimization explored the adsorption mechanism.(1)Characterization of a series of MCM-41 by X-ray diffractometry,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and specific surface analyzer,and the results show that the molar ratio of surfactant to1,3,5-trimethylbenzene is 2 and MCM-41-2 has the best effect,the pore structure and crystal form are intact and ordered,and the pore size is expanded from 3.296 nm to4.763 nm.The adsorption energy reached equilibrium at 338 K,pH=5 for 30 minutes,and the adsorption amount could reach 423.25 mg/g.(2)The functional monomer 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane was loaded on the well-perforated reaming MCM-41-2 to prepare a lanthanum ion surface-imprinted La-IIP and non-imprinted La-NIP polymer.The kinetic and thermodynamic fittings of La-IIP were carried out.The results of the fitting showed that La-IIP conformed to the quasi-secondary kinetic model and the Langmuir model,indicating that the adsorption process was a single-layer endothermic reaction.(3)The functional monomer polyethyleneimine was loaded on the well-perforated reaming MCM-41-2 to prepare a polymer of lanthanum ion surface imprinted IIP-PEI/MCM-41-2 and non-imprinted NIP-PEI/MCM-41-2.Condition optimization,kinetics and thermodynamics fitting of IIP-PEI/MCM-41-2 showed that the imprinted polymer reached a maximum adsorption of 331.96 mg/g in 338 K at pH=5,and the adsorption process was spontaneous.The monolayer endothermic reaction.
