The lattice material has periodic structural characteristics and is considered to be the most promising composite material in the 21st century.Compared with ordinary materials,lattice materials have the advantages of light weight,impact resistance,vibration reduction,noise reduction and high strength.Compared with foam materials,the lattice structure has design controllable,meticulous and descriptive aspects.advantage.The lattice sandwich structure has load carrying capacity,and its research on statics,dynamics and acoustic properties is currently in its initial stage.Shear thickening fluid(STF)is a new type of damping material.The ability to fill and absorb energy in the sandwich mechanism has been confirmed by many experiments.In this paper,the lattice constitutive plate is used as the object,and the elastic constitutive relation of the lattice structure is analyzed.The vibration response of the structure and the vibration control ability of the filled STF on the lattice sandwich plate are studied bytheoretical and experimental methods.The main contents include:(1)Based on the microscopic cell theory,the analytical model of the cell of the lattice material is established,and the elastic constitutive relations of the pyramidal and tetrahedral shapes common to the lattice sandwich are derived,which lays a foundation for the subsequent vibration analysis.Combined with the elastic mechanics method and the sandwich plate and shell theory,the geometric equations and physical equations of the lattice sandwich plate are given,and the bending stiffness and shear stiffness of the lattice sandwich plate are obtained.(2)Based on the Reissner sandwich plate theory,the vibration control equation of the lattice sandwich plate is established by Hamilton principle.Under the condition that the boundary is four-sided simply supported,the natural frequency of the sandwich panel with truss core is derived by Navier two-stage method.Expression,and numerical analysis of the influence of the thickness of the sandwich core layer,the radius of the lattice element,the thickness of the panel and the length and width of the sandwich plate on the natural frequency of the sandwich panel with truss core.Theoretical support is provided for adjusting the inherent characteristics of the lattice sandwich panel by modifying the lattice sandwich plate parameters and the lattice core cell parameters.(3)STF exhibits the properties of viscoelastic materials under vibration conditions.Based on the Reissner type sandwich plate theory,the soft core assumption is corrected.Under the modified assumption,the geometric equations and physical equations of the STF sandwich panel with truss core are established.And using the Hamilton principle to establish the vibration control equation of the sandwich panel with truss core.(4)Through the vibration experiment analysis of the sandwich panel with truss core and the filled STF the sandwich panel with truss core,the comprehensive evaluation index of STF damping effect is proposed.The PSV-400 full-field scanning laser Doppler vibrometer was used to analyze the vibration response of the STF lattice sandwich panel and the filled STF lattice sandwich panel.Furthermore,the vibration control ability of the lattice sandwich plate after filling the STF is discussed.51 pictures,11 tables,44 references.
