This paper came from the project "High Efficiency and Energy Saving Lubrication and Sealing Material Mass Creation Space Pilot Test and Production Device Research and Development".In order to apply calcium carbonate in lubricating materials,and produce environmental friendly,green,long-term,pollution-free lubricating materials,the anti-wear and anti-friction properties of calcium carbonate in base oil were analyzed.Also,the process design of lubricating material production equipment in calcium carbonate industry was designed.The main research contents were as follows:The anti-wear and anti-friction properties of ultra-fine heavy calcium carbonate and nano-calcium carbonate in lubricating oil base oil were tested by MR-S10G lever four-ball friction tester,and the morphology of wear spots on the surface of steel ball was observed by optical microscope.Wear spot diameter,maximum non-sticking bite load and friction coefficient were analyzed,the results showed that calcium carbonate had good anti-wear and anti-friction performance as lubricant additive.In order to put calcium carbonate into use in lubricating materials,a pilot production line of calcium carbonate lubricating materials was built,and the process design of the pilot plant was designed.According to the process design,the selection calculation of pipeline and canal was calculated.Also,the mixing device was added to the mixing kettle,and the stress analysis of the mixing kettle was analyzed.Finally,the feasibility of the project was analyzed.The total investment was ?788,000,the annual profit was ?652,000.Payback period was short.The project provided economic and social benefits.
