In recent years,the national economy has developed rapidly,and road transportation has played an irreplaceable role.With the increase of road mileage and the number of vehicles,the road traffic accident rate is also increasing year by year.In ranking the causes of abnormal human deaths around the world,it is found that the cause of road traffic accidents is ranked sixth,and it has become a
