The problem of floor heave is one of the key technical.problems of coal mine safety and efficient production.Changping Coal Mine structure development,complex geological conditions,roadway floor heave phenomenon is serious.Therefore,in Changping mine lane 43092 floor coal rock structure,reveal the floor heave reason,establish a scientific and effective floor heave control scheme has important theoretical significance and practical value.Changping Mine production is affected by the problem of floor heave,on the physical and mechanical parameters of rock bottom coal roadway test and 43092 factors on the 43092 main effects of roadway floor heave based on numerical simulation,the main influence factors of floor heave analysed,is mining disturbance and the floor heave type is mining stress type floor heave disturbance;the ideal elastic-plastic theory calculated 43092 in plastic zone radius and the maximum floor damage depth;on the basis of the 43092 floor heave mechanics analysis of the causes and the abutment pressure distribution on the floor and the floor heave of irregular.Combined with the actual numerical simulation of FLAG30,proposed floor corner bolt+lead floor integrated control scheme of support,and used to verify the rationality of the numerical simulation.Based on the research results of Changping mine 43092 roadway and the top and bottom of close monitoring,the monitoring results show that after the roadway roof and floor distance gradually stabilized,the maximum amount of floor heave is only 82 mm,shows that the floor heave can be rational and effective protection.The important theoretical and practical significance of research results can provide a useful reference for the future similar problems of Changping mine.
