In this study,poly(butylenes succinate)(PBS)was used as the substrate.The film was blended and modified with different mass fractions(10%,20%,30%,40%)of poly(butylenes adipate terephthalate)(PBAT).Improve its gas permeability and gas transmission ratio to adapt to the spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging of cherry tomatoes.The optimal packaging conditions were determined by studying the effect of the thickness of the gas regulating membrane and the weight of the cherry tomato in the bag on the fresh-keeping effect of the cherry tomato.In-depth study of the effects of different atmospheres on the activity of related enzymes in the senescence process of cherry tomatoes,in order to extend the shelf life of cherry tomatoes.Firstly,the micro structure,mechanics,thermal and CO2,O2,water vapor transmission properties of different proportioning packaging films were investigated,and applied to the modified atmosphere storage test of cherry tomatoes,and the best proportioning film was screened.Secondly,based on the previous research basis,the sensory quality,weight loss rate,hardness,soluble solids,vitamin C and malondialdehyde content of cherry tomato were tested by changing the thickness of the gas regulating membrane and the weight of cherry tomatoes in the bag.The optimum packaging conditions were determined by experimental results.Finally,the effects of different atmospheres on the enzyme activities related to the senescence process of cherry tomatoes were studied.The results showed that the addition of PBAT significantly improved the mechanical properties,CO2,O2 and water vapor permeability of pure PBS film,and the addition of PBAT with 30%mass fraction in pure PBS was the best blending process.In the ratio of the cherry tomatoes in the prepared PBS/30%PBAT package,the sensory score was still above 6 points on the 30th day after storage.In the same packaging specification(12 cm ×18 cm),in the thickness of different film thickness(10 μm,20 μm,30 μm)different fruit and vegetable weight(90 g,120 g,150 g)in the preservation test,20 μm-120 g package group hardness,soluble solids The content of the substance and the content of vitamin C were superior to those of the other groups.It has a small weight loss rate,the lowest malondialdehyde content,and the largest economic benefit.The PBS/30%PBAT packaging group maintained high peroxidase(POD)activity in the preservation experiment of enzyme activity related to cherry tomato senescence in different atmospheres.In addition,it can inhibit polyphenol oxidase(PPO)and pectinase(PG)activity.It can reduce the invasion of cellular tissue by reactive oxygen species and the browning and softening of fruits.
