In order to reduce the adverse effects of cooking fume emission on people's health and environment.It is necessary to select a kind of effective purifying adsorption material to control lampblack.In this paper,polyurethane foam composites were prepared by one-step foaming method.The paper mainly discusses the formulation optimization of the material preparation and the research of the material's foam structure oil absorption ratio,tensile strength,flame retardant performance and lampblack adsorption rate.The experimental results showed that:1.The preparation recipe of polyurethane foam:when the dosage of A-33,T-9,L-580,water and PTMG is 0.275 g,0.125 g,0.5 g,1.8 g and 15 g,respectively,the foam pore structure is good.At the same time,the foam oil absorption ratio is 15.3 g/g,and the tensile strength is 0.086 MPa.2.Preparation of wood powder/polyurethane foam composites:With the addition of wood powder,the oil absorption ratio of the foam gradually decreased.When the amount of wood powder was 8g,the pore structure was seriously damaged and the oil absorption ratio decreased to 11.2 g/g.While the tensile strength increased from 0.086 MPa to 0.2 MPa with the increase of wood powder.FTIR analysis showed that there was no chemical reaction between wood powder and polyurethane foam.3.Preparation of expanded graphite/polyurethane composites:In the case of adding EG alone,with the increase of EG,the tensile strength of polyurethane foam increases gradually,which is twice as big as the original;The flame retardant property increased slightly,and the oxygen index increased from 16%to 22.5%;The oil absorption ratio increased from 15.3 g/g to 17.4 g/g firstly,and then decreased to 14.7 g/g.When EG,APP and Mg(OH)2 was used together,and the ratio of APP and Mg(OH)2 was 4:2,the flame retardancy of foam increased from 16%to 26.1%with the increase of EG;The tensile strength increased sharply up to 0.8 MPa;But the oil absorption ratio decreased from 15.3 g/g to 10.4 g/g.4.The oil fume adsorption rate of the several materials was tested:the lampblack adsorption rate of polyurethane foam,PUF-EG and PUF-AC was 25.8 mg/g,35 mg/g,and 50 mg/g respectively.
