In recent years, soil heavy metal pollution in China is serious.Kenaf(Hibiscus cannabinus L.)has the potential of bioremediation.A lot of references about soil remediation were reported, but it is rare to see further research on cultivation method which can promote the absorption of heavy metals in kenaf. In this experiment, kenaf were used as experimental materials to explore the most suitable strain and cultivation methods for increasing yield and Cd,Pb,Zn and Cu accumulation of kenaf. The experimental results were;1.Effects of cultivation methods on kenaf growth and accumulation of cadmiumFrom April 2016 to November 2016,the field test was conducted on a farmland in Yizhou,Guangxi. The test was a 4-level complete randomized trial with 4 factors(strain, sowing method, fertilizer rate and fertilization method). The results showed that the seeding method, fertilization method and interaction between strain and fertilization method had a significant impact on the yield.Under the conditions of this experiment, the optimal measures for light and simplified cultivation were:A2B2C2D2 treatment, namely:the strain was R11,the sowing method was broadcast sowing, and the fertilizer rate was low fertilizer(N 225 kg·hm-2,P2O5 112.5 kg·hm-2,K2O 225 kg·hm-2),fertilization method was 60%base fertilizer + 40%additional dressing. The results showed that the seeding method and interaction between seeding method and fertilization rate had a significant impact on the cadmium accumulation. The optimal treatment of cadmium accumulation efficiency of kenaf was A1B2C1D1 treatment, that was,the strain was C4P7A,the sowing method was broadcast sowing, and the fertilizer rate was medium fertilizer(N 337.5 kg·hm-2,P2O5 168.75 kg·hm-2,K2O).337.5 kg·hm-2),the fertilization method was 100%base fertilizer.2.Differences in growth and accumulation of heavy metals between different strain of kenafFrom July 20th to October 1st,2018,the pot experiment was carried out in the greenhouse of the Agricultural Resources and Environment Department of the Agricultural College of Guangxi University.Six kenaf strain were used as materials to analyze the differences in absorption and accumulation of Cd,Pb,Zn and Cu in different strain.P7A/H1302 was F1 generation of P7A and H1302,its plant height and dry weight was higher than P7A and H1302.P7A/H1302 had stronger Cd,Pb,Zn and Cu accumulation ability than H1302 and weaker than P7A.P7A/R11 was F1 generation of P7A and R11,it had the highest plant height and dry weight, and higher than its parental P7A and R11.P7A/R11 had stronger Cd accumulation ability than P7A and R11,and its root had strongest ability to accumulate Pb,Zn and Cu.About P7A and P7A/R11,shoot accumulation ability of Pb,Zn and Cu was the strongest.Comparing P7A/H1302 and P7A/R11,it was no difference in plant height, dry weight and Pb,Zn accumulation ability;Compared with P7A/H1302,P7A/R11 had higher stem Cu content, bark Cd content, root Cd accumulation and BCF in shoot. The related results can provide materials for further study on the heavy metal absorption mechanism of kenaf.
