Composite beam made of carbon fiber-steel-high performance cementitious composite is a structure composed of three different materials,and mainly utilizes the respective advantages of the structures of three different materials,so that the combined structure makes full use of the material properties.Compared with the conventional composite beam bridge,composite beam made of carbon fiber-steel-high performance cementitious composite has two slip surfaces,which makes the deformation state and the stress state of the composite beam complicated.In order to more fully reveal the variation of the static response of the composite beam under the vertical load,such as the failure mode,deflection characteristics and strain characteristics,the composite beam of carbon fiber slab-channel steel-high performance cementitious composite roof was designed and fabricated.The indoor load test is carried out and verified by finite element software ANSYS.The main research contents include:1.The orthogonal test of high-performance cementitious composites compressive strength was carried out using conventional raw materials and ordinary molding process,and using the range analysis and analytic hierarchy process,the order of influence and the preferred scheme of each level of each factor are obtained.2.Through the microscopic analysis of high-performance cementitious composites in the orthogonal test,the geometric characteristics of each phase with different strengths were observed,and the formation mechanism of the macroscopic properties of high-performance cementitious composites was further analyzed.3.Quantitatively analyze the stress state,load-slip relation and shear stiffness of the stud connector in the test.Meanwhile,use the finite element analysis software to establish the nonlinear finite element model of the sample,and calculate and simulate the load-slip curve and stress distribution.4.Laboratory test and numerical simulation of composite beams were conducted.Based on the ANSYS finite element software,the spatial finite element model of the test beam was established,and the nonlinear simulation analysis was carried out,which was verified by comparison with the experimental results,so as to determine the rationality and reliability of the ANSYS finite element model in analyzing the static response of the double-slip composite beam.
