With the rapid development of social economy,the development and application of green renewable building materials is of great significance.The traditional wall material resources are limited.In order to achieve the sustainable development,the development and application of new and renewable civil materials instead of some traditional materials has become the focus of experts and scholars.The cut-off of several major crops in our country has increased to 606 million 342 thousand tons in 2016.The traditional method of treatment is to burn it,which will cause environmental pollution and lead to the waste of resources.If these wastes are used in other aspects,the value of the waste can be fully realized and it is also beneficial to environmental protection.This paper is mainly about the technology and economy of using agricultural waste rice husk to make wall materials,first,soaking it in sodium silicate solution,and taking sand,cement and water according to the experimental requirements,and taking corresponding molding process,taking modified rice husk content as variable as aggregate to prepare modified rice husk cement mortar.Through the experimental research on the properties of modified rice husk cement mortar,the purpose is to lay a theoretical foundation for the modified rice hull mortar as an energy saving,environmental protection,economic and reasonable material applied to the construction industry.On the premise of the modified rice husk content,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the modified rice hull cement mortar specimens are worse than those of the ordinary cement mortar.The thermal conductivity,dry density and consistency decreased with the increase of the content of modified rice husk,and the water holding capacity,water absorption and fluidity increased with the increase of the content of modified rice husk.The impermeability of modified rice husk mortar is worse than that of ordinary mortar,and the frost resistance is increased with the increase of the content of modified rice husk.The experimental results show that the modified rice husk mortar is mainly improved in thermal conductivity.When the amount of modified rice husk is 3%,the decrease of thermal conductivity is up to 36%.Therefore,based on the comparison of B0 and B3 group specimens,this paper analyzes the economic performance of the two kinds of materials made of common cement mortar and modified rice husk cement mortar by making use of the value engineering principle.By using the "01" grading method,statistics theory and life cycle theory,it is concluded that the modified rice hull cement mortar technology can improve the function of the thermal insulation wall,and the cost is slightly reduced,and the overall value is improved.
