The long afterglow luminescent material is an environmentally-friendly and energy-saving material that can store and release light energy.SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+rare earth long afterglow materials of silicate system have good water resistance,chemical stability and luminescence properties.It can be combined with environmentally friendly polymer PLA to prepare composite materials for medical,construction,decoration and other fields with great market potential.In this paper,a new type of functional 3D printing material was studied by adding luminescent materials to polylactic acid.A new type of functional 3D printed material was studied by adding a luminescent material to PLA.A new type of functional 3D printed material was studied by adding a luminescent material to PLA.FDM 3D is an advanced manufacturing technology and can achieve the feasibility of functionalization through structural design and using composite.However,there is less in-depth research on this composite.Because of the weak in matrix bonding,the material reaction is insufficient.It is difficult to process because it is quenched by the action of friction,when it is processed into a wire material.The research object of this paper is PLA/SAO composite luminescent materials based on FDM 3D printing technology and its application.The main research contents include two parts.The first,the preparation and properties based on PLA/SAO composite luminescent materials.The second,the research on FDM 3D printing process technology based on PLA/SAO composite luminescent materials.The main work and research results are as follows:The preparation of PLA/SAO composite luminescent materials was proposed.PLA/SAO composite luminescent materials were prepared by the solvent casting method,and the influence of the SAO content on the structure and properties of PLA were systematically studied.The molecular structure,thermal decomposition behavior,crystallization behavior,mechanical properties and luminescent properties of the composites were studied by Fourier transform infraredspectroscopy?FT-IR?,differentialscanningcalorimetry?DSC?,thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis?TG-DTA?,X-ray diffraction?XRD?,tensile mechanical properties,fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that the tensile strength of5wt%PLA/SAO is 15.31MPa,the elongation at break is 699.61%,the elastic modulus is 88.83MPa,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are the best.The 15wt%PLA/SAO has the highest luminescence intensity,but the 5wt%PLA/SAO has the best afterglow performance.In summary,the mechanical properties and luminescence properties of 5wt%PLA/SAO are optimal.The temperature and extrusion speed of the nozzle were studied by finite element simulation using FDM 3D printing.The effects of processing technology and forming and stacking methods on the surface quality and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that orientation,grating angle and scanning pitch have an effect on the mechanical properties of the component.Studies have shown that the order of influence on its mechanical properties is orientation>overlap ratio>grating angle.
