| At present,the forming plates used in CNC incremental forming technology mostly use ordinary plates,and the hole plate used is rarely,based on this situation,this paper studies the CNC incremental forming technology based on hole plate.In addition,in view of the problems existing in the traditional contour path trajectory in the forming process,this paper proposes some new forming methods for the forming trajectory.This paper also does some research on the selection of process parameters in the CNC incremental forming technology based on hole plate.It is hoped that through the above studies,it can provide some theoretical guidance for the promotion of CNC incremental forming technology based on hole plate.Firstly,considering the phenomenon that the forming tool head directly acts on the hole plate to easily cause scratches on the hole plate or even break the hole plate,this paper proposes a strategy for placing the pat plate on the hole plate,in addition,the problem that the contour path can not fully form the hole plate in the small forming angle of the hole plate,the forming trajectory based on the back projection algorithm is proposed,the algorithm firstly projects the contour path to the horizontal plane and then a new wire loop is inserted between the contour lines with a larger spacing at the horizontal plane,finally,the newly inserted wire loop is back projected onto the offset surface of the model.Secondly,in view of the influence of the thickness of the pad plate during forming on the forming quality of the hole plate after forming,this paper selected the different thickness of the pad plate for related research.Thirdly,for the contour path acting on the hole plate in one direction,the hole plate is easy to produce the problem of large material flow or even cracking,this paper proposes a method based on the dispersed underdraught points and the alternating positive and negative movement of the forming head,the forming trajectory is generated by of the alternating motion of the positive and negative,and then generates the move trajectory of dispersed underdraught points,and finally generates this forming trajectory.Finally,this paper makes a related research on the selection of process parameters in the CNC incremental forming technology based on hole plate,and then finds the optimal combination of process parameters. |
