Fruit quality detector is an important application of near infrared spectroscopy.Since hydrogen-containing functional groups in fruit products can absorb near-infrared light of certain wavelengths,when near-infrared light hits the fruit being tested,the attenuation of the collected diffuse spectral energy can reflect the sugar content,acidity,and moisture content of fruit products.In order to solve the problem of large volume,high cost and difficult to carry,the article takes Apple and other thin-skinned fruit as the research object based on the existing research,and takes the sugar degree,acidity and moisture content of fruit as the test index.A low cost,low power consumption and miniature fruit quality testing device was designed and developed using near infrared nondestructive testing technology.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,by understanding the research results at home and abroad,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional research scheme,combining with the characteristics of the existing instrument structure,this paper puts forward the design scheme of the micro-multi-band infrared spectrum fruit quality testing device.Secondly,according to the design scheme,the hardware part and software part of the whole fruit quality inspection system are designed.The hardware design mainly includes the selection of MCU,the selection of near-infrared light in different bands,data collection and processing,power supply design,key design,program download design,and Bluetooth data transmission.The software mainly includes MCU control programs and simple mobile software programs.The MCU part realizes the functions of device boot,calibration,A/D data conversion and processing,and Bluetooth data transmission without operating timing on the basis of the BL4.0 protocol stack.The mobile phone software is mainly to achieve a stable Bluetooth connection with the device,data processing,display of received fruit sugar,acidity,water and other data,entry of fruit types,preservation of data and other functions.Finally,the function of each part of the device is first debugged,and then the experiment is conducted using the completed device.Based on the obtained data,the multivariate linear regression method is used to use MATLAB software.A quantitative mathematical model of sugar content,acidity and water content of fruit by diffuse reflectance near infrared spectroscopy was established.The experimental results show that the device can detect the sugar content,acidity and moisture content of fruit,and the basic properties meet the expected requirements.
