Super-hydrophobic and super-oleophobic coating materials have excellent performance in anti-pollution,anti-ice,anti-corrosion,liquid transportation and other fields due to their characteristics of non-wetting.Therefore,more and more scholars and businessmen have paid attention to the preparation technology and theoretical research on the properties of super-hydrophobic and super-oleophobic coatings.Although nowadays so many methods of preparing super-amphiphobic coatings were discovered,for example,the template method,,etching method,the immerse method,electrostatic spinning method,self-assembly method,sol-gel method and so on,there are still many non-negligible shortcomings,which seriously limits large-scale application,such as:Raw materials and equipment are expensive,complicated process,limitation of substrate materials,poor durability and environmental pollution.In the first part,the hydrolysis-polycondensation of TEOS was used to prepare nanoscale SiO2 with good dispersion required for the rough structure of the coatings.The effect of the amount of solvent on the particle size and distribution,the effect of centrifugal time on the particle size and distribution,the effect of drying or not on the particle distribution and the effect of different solvents on the particle dispersion were compared.Fluorine-modified SiO2 particles(49.72nm)in situ were prepared by exploring the hydrolysis conditions of TEOS and PFDMS,and comparing the effects of condensation polymerization time and amount of ammonia on particle properties with nine groups of experiments.In the second part,the obtained SiO2 particles with good dispersion(average particle size:86.67nm)were combined with the original SiO2 particles(10-20nm)of the research group to construct a multilevel and hierarchical rough structure.The coating showed high water contact Angle with 156.2?,edible oil contact Angle with 115.8°.The highest transmittance of the coating in the visible light wavelength ranged from 380nm to 780nm reached 87%and the haze was only 36.92%with excellent transparency performance.Super-amphiphobic coatings were prepared by simple and environmentally friendly powder coating method.The water contact angle and oil contact angle reached as high as 166 ° and 155 ° respectively.The sandpaper friction tests showed that the coating had great friction resistance.,Water contact angle of the coating stayed in more than 155 ° in 50 friction cycles.The cooking oil contact Angle was higher than 150°before 20 laps,slow down to 132 ° after 20 laps.Coating preparation process was simple and environmentally friendly without any pollution to the environment...
