Green chemistry is the ideal chemistry which can reduce or eliminate the production and use of harmful substances using chemical principles.Ionic liquids are generally considered as green solvents because of their good thermal stability and negligible vapor pressure.At present,ionic liquids have shown good prospects in organic catalytic synthesis,material synthesis,enzymatic catalysis and many other fields.As a part of the National Natural Science Foundation of China?21373079?,this work mainly synthesized a series of hydrogen bond functionalized ionic liquids and investigated their application in organic reactions to develop a series reaction systems proper for the manufacture of fine chemicals.The main contents and results in detail are as follows:?1?Hydrogen bond functionalized ionic liquids based on alkanolamines were prepared.The catalytic effects of these ionic liquids on the synthesis of 2-Amino-4-aryl-4H-pyrano[3,2-c]coumarin derivatives from 4-hydroxycoumarin,aromatic aldehydes and malonitrile in one-pot were investigated.Cations and anions of ionic liquids have obvious influences on their catalytic activities,among which triethanolamine acetate?[TEOA][Ac]?was the best one.The reaction system could promote the reaction of aromatic aldehydes which containing electron-absorbing or electron-supplying groups and heterocyclic aldehydes,and the substrates can be widely used.The catalytic activity of ionic liquids had no significant decrease after five cycles.?2?The catalytic effects of hydrogen bond functionalized ionic liquids based on betainium on the reaction of xanthydrol and indoles were investigated.The effects of ionic liquids dosage and reaction temperature on the reaction were also discussed.The results showed that the reaction can be carried out under 50 oC without solvent,and betaine dihydrogen phosphate?[Betaine][H2PO4]?was the best.Substrates with different substituents at different sites of indoles could react well,and the separation yields of the target products were also high.After five cycles of ionic liquid,the catalytic activity remained high.?3?A series of hydrogen bond functionalized ionic liquids had been explored for the synthesis of chromoenes from resorcinol,aromatic aldehydes and malonitrile.The structure of ionic liquids had a significant influence on the catalytic effect of the multi-component reactions.Choline acetate?[CH][Ac]?had the best catalytic performance.The ionic liquid had the advantages of simple synthesis,low cost and environmental friendliness.The reaction conditions of the catalytic system were mild.After the reaction,the target products can be obtained by simple treatment.?4?The influences of a series of hydrogen bond functionalized ionic liquids on Novozym 435catalyzed production of biodiesel were investigated.The structure of ionic liquids had a significant effect on the reaction.The yield in choline dihydrogen phosphate?[CH][H2PO4]?was the highest?99%?.The yield of biodiesel can reach 99%when the reaction system was 60 oC,M:O was 10:1 and reaction time was 12h.The ionic liquid has the advantages of simple preparation,low cost and good biocompatibility.The catalytic effect of ionic liquids and enzymes did not decrease significantly after six cycles.
