Coal is an important source of energy for the development of electricity,especially in the east of China(east of Zhungeer basin),a large number of high quality coal fields have been found,but the characteristics of its high sodium are a very big disadvantage,so various treatment methods have emerged.Based on the common pickling and washing treatment methods,the method of measuring OH concentration in combustion flow field based on planar laser induced fluorescence technology is used.Therefore,this paper made the following task:Firstly,the experimental platform is built according to the experimental conditions and the purpose of the experiment,including the design and calculation of an opening type burner,and the reasonable layout of various experimental devices after the process is arranged.For example,the planar inducer is rationally embedded in the combustion system,and the flue gas discharge pipeline and transport are reasonably arranged.The use and proportioning of gas and so on.Secondly,in order to verify whether the reformed burner can achieve the effect of pulverized coal combustion under experimental conditions,the numerical simulation of methane air combustion was carried out.The simplified mechanism of 36 equations of 17 components was studied,and the simplified mechanism was verified.It was found that the simplified mechanism can predict the temperature of the burned zone better.Thirdly,the required pulverized coal was prepared.By adjusting the different working conditions.The precipitation characteristics of the intermediate product OH of the flame flame in coal and its acidified pulverized coal at a constant temperature were compared.The H in the intermediate OH of the complete combustion is corresponding to the amount of H elements in the pulverized coal.The content of H in pulverized coal after pickling can be compared.Finally,the data of working conditions are compared with the elements of coal.The results show that the OH content of acid-washed pulverized coal is generally lower than that of raw coal,while that of water-washed pulverized coal is basically the same as that of raw coal,which is consistent with the results of elemental analysis of pulverized coal.At the same time,it is found that the pulverized coal is treated by acid-wash.After washing,the burning range of the whole flame decreases,and the range after washing is basically the same.
