Furnace dust is a by-product obtained by dust removal and cooling of flue gas generated by electric power and iron and steel enterprises.It has the characteristics of large amount of production,fine grain size and high proportion of metal content.In addition,the furnace dust ash is rich in oxides such as SiO2,CaO,MgO and the like.From the characteristics of furnace dust ash,its extremely fine particle size,wide spherical structure and its mineral composition are more suitable as pigments and fillers to prepare environmentally friendly coatings.This paper intends to use a typical pulverized coal furnace secondary dust as a filler to prepare high-solidity anti-corrosion coatings.The main research mechanism is the bonding mechanism between the coating and the substrate,the film forming characteristics and film forming rules of the fine particle high solids anticorrosive coating in the application,and the performance test of the prepared high solid performance anticorrosive coating under the salt spray test condition.and many more.The paint produced has very few harmful volatiles and the properties of the paint are good.Studies have shown that when the amount of diluent benzyl alcohol is 10%to 15%of epoxy resin,the performance of the coating is the best;the smaller the particle size of dust ash,the better the apparent and solid grading properties of the coating,considering dust ash screening.In the process problem,the dust of 59.33?m is determined as the main experimental material;when the amount of epoxy resin E-51 is equal to the amount of pigment and filler,the comprehensive performance of the coating is excellent;as the amount of MgO and Cr2O3 in the dust ash increases,the coating is applied.The pores on the membrane increase,but the addition of MgO and Cr2O3 can greatly improve the salt water resistance and acid resistance of the coating film.The best formula of high solid performance anticorrosive coating:dust ash particle size is 59.33?m;with benzyl alcohol 10?15g;YF-350 curing agent is the best dosage of 32%.
