In recent years,due to the environmental hazards of dyes,pigments and other substances,the color materials have limited application due to their poor stability,short life and easy photolysis.MOF materials have excellent specific surface area and high stability.It can be modified with specific properties,so it is possible to synthesize new composite materials with excellent properties of colorants and MOF materials using MOF materials and pigments.In this paper,MOF material ZIF-8 was used to coat five kinds of dyes(fuchsin,orange yellow G,bright green,alcian blue,ethyl violet)to obtain a new composite material.The structure of the composite is analyzed by X-ray diffraction,they were characterized by infrared,ultraviolet absorption,thermogravimetry,scanning electron microscopy,etc.,and their performance was explored and analyzed.1.In the first,a brief introduction was made from the following aspects,such as the classification,development status,and application of colorant and environmentally friendlycolorant.In the next place,I presented the structure,properties,classification,synthesis methods,research progress and application prospects of metal-organic framework materialsbriefly.Moreover,the definition and preparation methods of ZIFs series materials were summarized in a few words.In the end,I explained the limitations of traditional colorant in terms of stability.On this basis,I proposed a method that it is for coating traditional colorants with metal-organic framework materials to improve the stability of the colorant Namely,the one-pot synthesis of MOFs material ZIF-8 was used to coat the colorants to synthesize a new environmentally friendly colorant Dye@ZIF-8.2.The first stage was to carry out the optimal selection of reaction conditions by the preparation of metal organic framework material(ZIF-8).Thesecondstageinvolvedthecoatingofcolorantby metal organic framework material(ZIF-8),thus synthesizing the environmentally friendly colorantDye@ZIF-8.It was third stage that ZIF-8,colorant and Dye@ZIF-8 were characterized by UV absorption spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetry,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The last stage consisted of analysis of the effects of coating different colorants and analysis of the stability of the prepared environmentally friendly colorant Dye@ZIF-8.From the above experiments,the feasibility of the synthesis of the colorant Dye@ZIF-8 can be proved.3.The first thing is the preparation of the new environmentally friendly colorant Dye@ZIF-8 with two color mixing ratios.And then,it was characterized by UV-absorbing spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis.The next,I analyzed the effects of colorant mixed by different color coatings and the stability of the prepared environmentally friendly colorants.In conclusion,this confirmed the feasibility of preparing the new environmentally friendly colorant Dye@ZIF-8 from the ZIF-8 coating color of MOFs.4.In this thesis,a new environmentally friendly colorant was synthesized by successfully coating the dye with MOFs material ZIF-8.Based on environmentally friendly pigments Dye@ZIF-8 with high porosity,high specific surface area,good thermal stability,various structures and adjustable characteristics,its application in dyeing,coating,ink and other future research Development has been forecasted.
