Although the content of trace elements in coal is very small, due to the large amount of coal used, the absolute amount of trace elements released into the environment during the mining, washing, transportation and use of coal is very large every year, and some trace elements are on the human body.Health and ecological environment have caused great harm. This study tested and analyzed the contents of Ba,Mn and Ni in the main coal seam of Pansan Mine in Huainan Coalfield and the content of trace elements in coal ash,The average content of trace elements in some coal of the study area which may have adverse effects on the environment is calculated and compared with that in other areas. The content of Ba,Mn and Ni in Shanxi coal,North China coal,Chinese coal,American coal,Australian coal and world coal were compared. It was found that the content of Ba was significantly higher than that in other areas, while the content of Mn was significantly lower than that in other areas, while the content of Ni was not very different. At the same time, the relationship between trace elements content in different coal seams is also studied. The occurrence states of Ba,Mn and Ni elements in the study area were discussed by using the method of step by step chemical extraction. It is concluded that Ba mainly exists in ion exchange state,Mn mainly exists in ion exchange state or carbonate binding state, and Ni mainly exists in organic binding state. The contents of Ba,Mn and Ni in coal ash were compared with those of Ba,Mn and Ni in raw coal samples, and the escape rate of Mn in combustion process was studied by taking Mn as an example. Moreover, through the study of the content limits and the probability of exceeding the standard of Mn and Ni elements,it can be concluded that the average content of Mn elements in coal samples is lower than the content limits, while the average content of Ni elements is higher than the allowable content limits, and the probability of exceeding the standard is 55.6%...
