In view of the multiple problems of rock burst accidents on island working face in deep shaft strip mining,the 3420 working face of Liang Bao Si coal mine is taken as the engineering background.Based on overlying rock theory analysis,numerical simulation,field application,we study the treatment of rock burst hazard on island working face.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)through the analogy of the Liang Bao Temple two accidents,combined with the expert opinion of the accident investigation group,the main influence factors of the impact ground pressure occur;based on the mine pressure monitoring to study the impact of pressure on the mechanism;through the laboratory test to determine the form of pressure unloading of coal body.2)Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the distribution of the surface force field of the isolated island is obtained.The stress of the self gravity stress field on the working surface of the island is 21.3MPa,and the support pressure is 30.8MPa.It is more suitable for the width of the coal pillar to be 4 meters.3)through the numerical simulation,the distribution of support pressure,the influence distance and the distribution of the plastic zone of the coal body are obtained by the numerical simulation and the deformation and vertical stress distribution of the overlying rock and the overlying rock are obtained.The width of coal pillar is 4m,and the pressure relief interval of large diameter depressurization hole is designed as 3M.4)monitoring the support resistance,roadway deformation,advanced stress and dynamic load monitoring through the observation of working face layout.It is found that the initial pressure step is 36m,and the periodic pressure step distance is 23-25m;the deformation law of the top low plate and the evolution process of the plastic zone in two lanes are observed.The preceding observation shows that the preceding influence range is 41m and the peak stress peak position is 26m ahead;the dynamic monitoring of the overburden movement of the top plate;and the coupling of the stress field and the vibration field to verify the numerical simulation results.5)based on monitoring pressure observation,we test the effect of blasting,roof breaking,high-pressure water injection and large diameter pressure relief hole on 3420 island surface,and determine its application value.
