Extremely thick coal seam in mining working face due to the complexity of occurrence condition,influenced by geological conditions,can only use artificial guns taken coal coal pillar supporting the backward coal mining methods,such as monomer,this method there is a low productivity workers strength issue such as difference of the working environment safety conditions,the serious influence the extremely thick coal seam in mining face of high production and efficiency are papers on the study of extremely thick coal seam in hydraulic support of,to improve the thin coal seam fully mechanized sub-level caving hydraulic support mining coal efficiency and solve the problem of engineering practicePaper first kiln coal mine working face 13 as the research object,through the analysis of working face coal seam occurrence condition and comparison on the advantages and disadvantages of the original mining technology solutions,using interval Cover beam movement and the relationship between supports and surrounding rock,the characteristics of the stent and the mechanics of immediate roof support and the mechanics of relationships between the strata movement and roof caving support required by the reasonable support resistance;Mathematical methods and geometric analysis method,reasonably come to the front and rear linkage value,in the form of the four connecting rod,increased coal institutions at the back of the oscillation amplitude,improve the efficiency of the coal in the back,improve the supporting performance,reduce the connecting rod bearing,to improve the stability of the support;For extremely close thick coal seam occurrence condition of fully mechanized working face,combined with fully mechanized sub-level caving hydraulic support's supporting performance and technical parameters,put forward the ZF4000/15.5/24 type caving hydraulic support used manual pilot aircraft control system,using AMESim software validation draw columns,and tail beam jack the simulation curve of main hydraulic control circuit meet the design requirements;In order to ensure the simulation closer to actual working condition,using the ANSYS Workbench to four kinds of working conditions of the whole frame strength analysis,the stress suffered by support within the scope of the safety of stress,and according to the simulation process,the stress concentration problem,put forward the solution.This paper through to the limit deformation of Cover beam movement,the establishment of the mechanics of balance of support resistance and Cover beam state relations,establishing mechanical model,concluded that the relationship between support resistance and roof subsidence,put forward the theories basis for the effective control roof;By means of alternate one-way valve,a differential control method is established to control the alternate motion of the tail beam and the insert plate,so as to prevent the insertion of the plug from the time or premature reach and the impact of the scraper conveyor;In the analysis of the bearing capacity of the support in the action process,the hydraulic support of the top coal is simplified,and the force and moment changes of the connecting rod are analyzed when the friction coefficient of different roof plates is changed.The research of this paper can promote the utilization of thick coal seam resources to the efficient and safe intensification direction,which has certain practical guiding significance.
