In the forest product manufacturing industry,the research on cutting materials with the purpose of environmental protection and energy conservation has become a research hotspot,and the problem of blanking of panel furniture has also received more and more attention.The blanking problem is a highly complex engineering calculation problem.The optimized blanking model is established according to the actual production,so that the model is more suitable and generalized.The effective combination of the two-dimensional cutting and blanking model and the intelligent algorithm makes the blanking problem from one-dimensional to two-dimensional.However,in the actual production,the material with the scorpion will be used.If the knot is not considered,it will affect the cutting angle of the cutter,which will affect the quality of the blanking and increase the scrap rate of the raw materials.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the blanking of the sheet with the knot.In this paper,the material cutting of the slab is taken as the research background,and a particle group annealing algorithm is used to study the material blanking system.In order to highlight the defect position of the enamel plate,the homomorphic filtering technique is used to enhance the defect details,and the feature extraction technique is used to weaken the background pattern of the binary image,highlight the defect feature,and mark the defect position coordinates,and finally input the coordinates to the fitness function.In the constraint condition,the hybrid algorithm is used to globally search the blanking scheme.After experimental analysis,the method can successfully avoid the defects and cut the material.Finally,the MATLAB GUI module is used to design a system that can optimize the blanking,so that the system can directly generate the discharge plan.The experimental results show that the combination of the homomorphic filtering technique and the particle swarm annealing algorithm can solve this combinatorial optimization problem,and the utilization rate of raw materials is above 95.2%.The particle swarm optimization algorithm proposed in this paper has a strong optimization ability.The particle blanking system using particle swarm annealing algorithm can generate the blanking scheme,which has certain practical value.
