In order to improve the utilization rate of agricultural and forestry residues and solve the supply demand of green packaging materials of our country,we need to research and development of new packaging materials.Based on the research results of the preparation process of the early stage rice husk-wood shavings composite board,considering the outer packaging box is affected by factors such as ultraviolet rays,temperature and humidity and so on during transportation,so the preparation process and parameters of the outer package board are determined from the perspective of WCAMA six cycle aging and ultraviolet aging.In this paper,it is used rice husk and wood shavings as raw materials,isocyanate and phenolic resin as adhesives.and mixed uniform design.The experimental scheme is designed from four aspects:surface sizing amount,core layer sizing amount,density and waterproofing agent.Multivariate quadratic polynomial regression analysis is carried out on the test results with "uniform design V4.0".Finally,we can get the influence of single factor on the performance of the composite board and the interaction effect of two factors on the performance of the composite board.We can explore the effects of four variables on IB,MOR,MOE and 24 h TS of the composite board.Thereby,optimal solution range is selected:when the core layer sizing amount from 7.5%to 8.5%,the surface sizing amount is from 11%to 13%,the density is from 0.9 to 0.95 g/cm3,and the waterproofing agent is from 0.5%to 0.6%,the mechanical properties of the rice husk-wood shavings outer packaging box composite board are better.WCAMA six-cycle aging is processed the test piece,and through analyzing mechanical properties such as IB,MOE,and MOR and material composition changes in microscopic.Thereby it can be determed the optimal preparation process and parameters of the composite panel:when the surface layer sizing amount is 11%,the core layer sizing amount is 8%,the density is 0.9 g/cm3,and waterproofing agent content is 0.6%,IB's,MOEs,and MOR's retention ratio of the composite board are above 50%,and with good aging resistance.At the same time,the scheme with good aging performance is within the range of the optimal scheme.Then,Infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis are carried out on the optimal scheme to study the effect of aging cycle on the composition and thermal stability of the composite board.Conlution:it can be seen from the spectrogram that after six cycles of aging treatment,the peaks are basically the same,and there is not much difference,indicating that the cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin structures in the wood shavings have not changed much,and the performance is relatively stable.Therefore,it can be learned that the composite board of the scheme N10 has good aging resistance.The trend of the curves in the TG graphs and DTG graphs are consistent with the large influence of the two cycles before the WCAMA six-cycle aging on the performance of the composite panel,and the thermal stability gradually decreases with the aging cycle,but the change of overall is not large.UV aging is processed the test piece,conlution:when the surface layer sizing amount is 11%,the core layer sizing amount is 8%,the density is 0.9 g/cm3,and waterproofing agent content is 0.6%,IB's,MOEs,and MOR's retention ratio of the composite board,with good aging resistance.Infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis are carried out on the optimal solution to study the effect of aging time on the composition and thermal stability of composite plates.It can be seen from the spectrogram that the cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin structures in the wood shavings do not change much after 1 500 h aging,indicating that the performance of the scheme N10 is relatively stable and the aging resistance is good.Overall the trends of TG and DTG patterns are basically the same,and the chemical changes that occur only occur on the surface of the test piece.The macromolecules inside the test piece do not change greatly,and the thermal stability is not greatly affected.
