Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC)have attracted much attention due to their low preparation cost,wide application range,and relatively high photoelectric conversion efficiency.Due to the good flexibility of the organic polymer,it is not resistant to high temperature heat treatment,which is not conducive to the high temperature sintering conditions of the experimental preparation of TiO2 photoanode.Therefore,this paper introduces a mica substrate and an ultra-thin glass substrate that can satisfy good flexibility and high temperature resistance.The flexible conductive substrate is mainly composed of an upper transparent conductive film and a lower transparent flexible substrate.The transparent conductive film on the upper layer is mainly represented by ITO film with mature technology.However,due to its high general production cost and the component In is a highly toxic substance,it is not conducive to the strategic goal of sustainable development.AZO was found to be the best substitute with excellent electrical conductivity and low cost.But at the same time,it also has the disadvantage of high film thickness requirements,which can be achieved by coating AZO film intermediate metal Ag to make sandwich OMO sandwich transparent conductive film.In this paper,the properties and characteristics of transparent conductive thin films of single layer AZO and sandwich OMO on two different flexible substrates were studied,and the best conductive substrate was selected to prepare DSSC.The research results obtained are as follows:(1)A single layer of AZO conductive thin film was prepared on mica and ultra-thin flexible glass substrate by magnetron sputtering deposition system.It was found that with the increase of deposition temperature,the photoelectric properties of the thin film presented a gradually increasing trend,and the quality factor presented a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Mica substrate preparation in sputtering film thickness is 300 nm,deposition temperature is 200?,photoelectric performance is the best,the quality factor of 6.24;Thin flexible thin film on glass substrate preparation in sputtering thickness of 300 nm,deposition temperature is 150?,photoelectric performance is best,the quality factor of 5.14;(2)Sputtering AZO/Ag/AZO thin films prepared on mica and ultrathin flexible glass substrate by rf magnetron sputtering deposition system,it was found that with the increase of Ag film thickness,the resistivity of thin films presented a gradually increasing trend.Mica substrate preparation of thin films in the deposition temperature is 200?,the membrane thickness of 150/8/150nm respectively,photoelectric performance is the best7.83;Thin flexible thin film on the glass substrate preparation in sputtering deposition temperature is 150?,the membrane thickness of 150/5/150nm respectively,substrate sheet resistance,photoelectric performance is best,the quality factor of 10.84;(3)The substrate prepared under different conditions was selected to prepare DSSC,and the DSSC efficiency of single layer AZO film based on mica was 2.049992%.The DSSC efficiency of sandwich sandwich layer AZO/Ag/AZO film was 2.779977%.The DSSC efficiency of single-layer AZO thin film with ultra-thin flexible glass substrate was 1.207419%.The DSSC efficiency of sandwich sandwich AZO/Ag/AZO film was 1.409638%.
