| The high-chlorination titanium tailings residue is the residue of titanium-containing blast furnace slag after high-temperature carbonization low-temperature chlorination process.A large amount of chloride ions remain in the high-chlorinated titanium tailings and cannot be directly used as building materials, and can only be stored by simple accumulation. This kind of treatment not only takes up a lot of land space, but also is a waste of resources. In view of this, this paper draws on the method of solidification of chloride ions in concrete to cure the chloride ions in the titanium tailings. In this paper, volcanic ash active mineral materials and calcium aluminate materials were studied, and their ability to cure chloride ions in cement titanium tail slag slurry was studied. In this paper, the chemical composition and crystal phase structure of the admixture were determined by chemical composition analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD).The analysis results show that A1203 in fly ash, metakaolin and Guangxi white clay is in the form of aluminosilicate, and the alumina content in the metakaolin is the highest among the three.Calcium aluminate is mainly present in the form of CA(calcium monoaluminate)and CA2(calcium aluminate). The pozzolanic active mineral material is then used as a blending material, based on the blending ratio, type, and use of the alkaline activator. The ability to transversely compare the curing ability of different aluminum-containing admixtures to chloride ions in high-chlorinated titanium tailings. The effect of the use of additives on the curing effect of chloride ions in high chloride titanium tailings was investigated.Through the analysis of the results, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In the cement titanium tail slag slurry, the incorporation of the pozzolanic active admixture has an effect on the solidification effect of the chloride ion in the sample.Under the condition that the amount of the pozzolanic active admixture is sufficient, the calcium oxide is alkalinized.Sexual stimulating effect promotes the formation of Friedel’s salt and is beneficial to the improvement of curing effect.(2)In the aluminum element admixture, the aluminum element present in the amorphous form is more active than the crystalline form, and is more likely to form a Friedel’s salt with the chloride ion in the titanium tail slag.Calcium aluminate is more likely to form a Friedel’s salt with chloride ions in titanium tailings than aluminosilicates, and the curing effect is better.(3)When sodium metaaluminate is used as an additive in cement titanium tail slag slurry, the formation of Friedel’s salt in the system is promoted in the early stage, and the rate of ion solidification of the sample is improved, and the effect at the later stage is not obvious.Commonly used organic adsorbents have no obvious effect on the adsorption of chloride ions in titanium tailings under static conditions, and are not suitable for use as adsorbents for chloride ions in titanium tailings. |
