The Reference And Combination Of The Dough Sculpture Art And Makeup Modeling Of Dramatic Characters

With the great integration of Chinese and western culture,the "Chinese Style" is very popular in the world today.Many western designers extract inspiration from the highly representative Chinese traditional culture,such as the dragon pattern,the special symbols during the Spring Festival,and Chinese people also gradually realize the value of their own traditional culture.As a student majoring in the art design for drama,film and television,and from the perspective of their own majors,the makeup artists are kind of carrier that requires a large amount of knowledge,and they should have an understanding of various forms of character modeling.However,nowadays,many makeup artists are short of the accumulation of theory and culture,leading to the lack of thinking in creativity and innovation.When create the character's external modeling,in addition to fitting in the current social trend and character characteristics,the makeup artists should also actively explore and learn the ancient traditional culture,as well as the characteristics of the Times and aesthetic knowledge presented by the ever-changing works of art.The rich character modeling of dough sculpture shows the cultural characteristics of different regions and different periods,reflects the broad and profound traditional culture of Chinese nation,it is the reflection of the connotation of the beauty of ancient Chinese civilization,and is one of the unique ways for ancient people to shape character images.When she was a child,the author had the honor to learn the dough sculpture technique for several years,the only student of Beijing dough sculpture master-Tang Zibo,and appreciated the elegant demeanor of this folk art.Therefore,he decided to carry out preliminary research and further exploration on the dough modeling,so as to find the place where it can be combined with his major.The author hope to find a breakthrough for the inheritance and development of dough figurine art,and make his own contribution to the future development of this intangible cultural heritage.At the same time,it can rich his knowledge of character modeling and enhance his creative ability of character images,so that he can apply the relevant content of this traditional cultural technique to the current makeup modeling.This paper is divided into four chapters in structure: In the first chapter,,briefly describes the research background,purpose and significance of face Sculpture Figure modeling;In the second chapter,studies and analyses the current development status of dough sculpture;In the third chapter,through the analysis of the color,style and characteristics of the national culture of the dough sculpture art,we find the modeling elements that can be used for reference.The fourth chapter puts forward some Suggestions and ideas on the joint development of dough modeling and cosmetic modeling.
