Accelerating rate calorimeter is a kind of scientific instrument for chemical safety and reaction risk assessment.Accelerating rate calorimeter can obtain thermodynamic and reaction kinetics parameters by measuring temperature and pressure data of tested samples under adiabatic condition,which provides the safety and reaction risk assessment of chemicals.However,there is still no research on thermokinetics data processing methods of accelerating rate calorimeter.In this paper,the temperature data obtain by accelerating rate calorimeter is analyzed and the existing data processing method is improved and supplemented.Reliable data can be supported by this study for reaction risk assessment in chemical production,storage and transportation.In this paper,the time-temperature data of accelerating rate calorimeter is studied.According to the requirement of monotonicity and accuracy of adiabatic data,the original experimental data is processed by data screening and unscented Kalman filter.This method avoids the errors caused by traditional data preprocessing methods,and the validity of data pre-processing is verified by experiment.The accuracy of kinetics calculation has been improved more than 20%.In the existing calculation methods of reaction kinetics,the assumption that the adiabatic degree and the heat capacity of the sample remain unchanged in the reaction process has a great influence on the calculation results.In this paper,a dynamic correction method is proposed to calculate the reaction kinetics,which avoids the calculation error caused by the assumption.The accuracy of kinetics calculation has been improved more than 10%.Aiming at the high-dimensional and non-linear problems of reaction model equation,a method of reaction kinetics based on chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.The feasibility and accuracy of this method is verified by experimental comparison.In software development,data monitoring software and data analysis software are designed by LabVIEW.Data acquisition software realizes data collecting and all necessary control functions of the instrument.Data analysis software realizes data analysis function.
