In recent years,the frequent occurrence of accidents in China and the serious consequences of accidents have made us realize that cities must change from extensive development to fine quality development.Under the background that the state attaches great importance to the development of urban security,many cities are carrying out urban safety risk assessment work.Combining the safety risk assessment of Yixing City,this paper combines Delphi method,field research,analytic hierarchy analysis,weighted linear summation and big data classification,and focuses on the point(enterprise)and line(industry).A regional security risk assessment model.This article focuses on the following and describes:(1)Based on the theory of security risk assessment and field research,explain the status quo and problems of urban security,and comprehensively identify the risk points and risk areas in the city.On the basis of point(enterprise)security risk assessment,establish a security risk assessment indicator system from the perspective of industry,and calculate the risk contribution of industry risk to urban regional security.(2)Applying AHP to analyze the industry security risk assessment index system,and propose three secondary indicators that affect regional security risks,and 10 third-level indicators.Refer to the city safety risk identification unit to divide the indicators,and combine the experts to score the security risks.(3)Comprehensive analysis of urban natural conditions and safety management level as a correction factor to correct the security risks in the region.The revised index is constructed,the weight value is calculated,and the weighted summation is used to perform the quantitative calculation.(4)Construct a mathematical model for urban area security risk assessment.Taking Yixing City as the target of safety risk assessment,the safety risk values of 19 districts and towns in Yixing City were calculated through relevant data collection,analysis and statistics.Combine the four-color maps of red,orange,yellow and blue with security risks to classify regional risks,so as to clarify the key regulatory areas for urban safety risk management and control.
