Study On The Preparation And Application Properties Of 70%pyraclostrobine & Propineb And 50% Flonicamid Dry Suspension

Dry Flowable is a new pesticide dosage form developed on the basis of water suspension agent.It not only has fine particle size and good dispersion of water suspension agent,but also has solid form of water dispersion particle.It is a kind of green and environmentally friendly and efficient pesticide preparation.This article used the wet grinding process and pressure type spray granulation and drying,selection of auxiliaries were mostly poly carboxylic acid salt and sulfonic acid salts and dispersant to study object,auxiliary means of screening on the basis of the flow point method,assisted by Zeta potential method,laser particle size,surface applanation tonometry method,viscosity curve method and the orthogonal experiment and other scientific research methods,the preparation of the two kinds of dry suspension preparation.The processing technology of two kinds of dry suspensions was obtained through formula research.Among them,the processing conditions of 70%Pyraclostrobine&Propineb dry suspension was as follows:wet grinding stage,the shear rate was 3000r/min,and the time was 10min.The grinding speed was1200r/min,and the time was 2.5h.The ratio of material to zirconium bead（mass ratio）is 1:1.Spray drying stage,the material of solid content of 35%,spray dryer air inlet temperature is 132℃,the outlet temperature of 60.5℃.The process condition of50%Flonicamid dry suspension was that the shear rate was 4000r/min and the time was 10min.Grinding speed 1800r/min,time 2h;The ratio of material to zirconium bead（mass ratio）is 1:1.5;Material containing solid rate was 40%,the spray dryer air inlet temperature is 145℃,the outlet temperature of 72.5℃,18,25 wind.The optimized 70%Pyraclostrobine&Propineb formulation group was divided into pyraclostrobine 5%,propineb 65%,terwet 1004 3%,sodium lignosulfonate 6%,d-425 2%,ammonium sulfate 5%,sucrose 2%,silicone defoaming agent 0.3%,kaolin supplement to 100%;The formula combination of 50%Flonicamid dry suspension is 50%flonicamid,WS-03 3%,DF-89 8%,NNO 16%,sodium sulfate 6%,GY-X60 0.14%,kaolin supplement to 100%.The performance indexes of the two preparations were measured and the results were in accordance with the regulations.Liquid chromatography was used to determine the contents of the active components pyraclostrobine,propineb and flonicamid.The chromatographic conditions of the former were ODS-C18 column,and the volume ratio of methanol to water（0.15%phosphoric acid）was 75:25.Detection wavelength:275 nm;Sample concentration:0.5mg/mL;Retention time:about 5.5 min.The chromatographic conditions for the latter:mobile phase of methanol and water(V₇₀:V₃₀),column temperature 30℃,detection wavelength of 265 nm,the retention time of 4.7 min.The results showed that the two methods were reliable.The 70%Pyraclostrobin&Propineb dry suspending agent of pharmacodynamics,results show that the agent in diluted 1000 times had good control effect,recommend using field by about 1000-1500 times of water spray method is advisable,in apple spots defoliate disease of the initial phase of the application,use it several times according to the degree of disease occurs,the duration between about 10 days,the alternate use of attention and other agents.
