In the contemporary, social production technology is developing at a high speed. With the improvement of various industrial production levels, environmental pollution has become more and more serious, and heavy metals are a major environmental pollutant. Therefore, chemosensor is the most convenient detection method, because it has the characteristics of rapid, simple and efficient detection of ions.Among them, diarylethene compounds are widely used in related research fields, including chemical sensing, due to their excellent thermal stability, good fatigue resistance, fast response time and high fluorescence quantum yield.Based on this,we designed a series of diarylethene derivatives, different fluorophore groups were introduced into diarylethene molecule to synthesize four kinds of fluorescent chemosensors for detecting Zn2+and Cd2+.The main research contents are as follows:In chapter 1,we mainly introduced the sensing mechanism of fluorescent sensor, the research progress of diarylethene fluorescent chemical sensor and the fluorescent chemical sensor for identifying Zn2+and Cd2+.On this basis, the specific research content of this paper was introduced. In chapter 2,we mainly introduced a thiophene hydrazide diarylethene compound DTT.By testing its properties,we found that the compound has good photochromic properties and fluorescent switching properties. In tetrahydrofuran solution, the substance could recognize Zn2+by fluorescence, which showed obvious fluorescence intensity enhancement and color change. At the same time,it also has a low detection limit, indicating that it could detect Zn2+efficiently and quickly. In chapter 3,we designed and synthesized a fluorene-based diarylethene compound DTF,and tested its properties. The test results showed that the compound could not only recognize Cd2+by fluorescence, but also recognize Cu2+by colorimetric, and could be used as a multifunctional chemosensor to simultaneously detect different ions.In chapter 4,two diarylethene derivatives DTPO and DTPT containing Phenoxyaniline and phenylthioaniline groups were synthesized. After structural characterization to determine the structure of the compound, the correlation properties of the two materials were studied by UV-vis and fluorescence spectrometer. The experimental results showed that the compounds DTPO and DTPT could recognize Zn2+in methanol solution. The only difference was that the fluorescence intensity of each complex was different after adding Zn2+.Therefore,these two diarylethene compounds could be used as fluorescent chemosensors that specifically recognize Zn2+.
