Total Synthesis Of Natural Products (±)-?-Lycorane And Synthesis Of Aspersymmetide A Monomer

The research content of this thesis is divided into the total synthesis of natural product(±)-?-Lycorane and the synthesis of natural product Aspersymmetide A monomer.The paper is divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter summarizes the classification of natural products and the significance of total synthesis of natural products.The second chapter introduces the research background and significance of the natural product Lycorane and the total synthesis of the natural product(±)-?-Lycorane.(±)-?-Lycorane is an alkaloid isolated from Amaryllidaceae and is a representative of Lycorine alkaloids.The paper uses 2-cyclohexene-1-ketone as raw material to design a simple route with radical reaction as the key step,including lithium aluminum hydride reduction,Johon Claisen orthoester rearrangement,reductive amination,DIBAL-H reduction,radical reaction,etc.,completing the total synthesis of alkaloid(±)-?-Lycorane.The third chapter introduces the research background and significance of the natural product Aspersymmetide A and the synthesis of the natural product Aspersymmetide A monomer.Aspersymmetide A is a peptide compound isolated from the marine organism fungus Aspergillus and exhibits toxicity to A431 cell line at 10 ?M.Aspersymmetide A is a peptide compound isolated from the marine fungus aspergillus versicolor.The paper uses L-proline,L-phenylalanine and Anthranilic acid as raw materials to complete the synthesis of Aspersymmetide A monomer by NBoc protection,esterification,nitro reduction,hydrolysis,condensation,etc.,for the first time.The fourth chapter elaborates the experimental steps of the alkaloid(±)-?-Lycorane and peptide Aspersymmetide A monomer synthesis routes,including the specific experimental procedures and conditions,the yield of each step and the nuclear magnetic spectrum of the compound and its analysis.
