301L stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and high work hardening rate,the purpose of lightweight and energy saving can be achieved when it is used for rail vehicle body.301L stainless steel cold rolled plate is the most difficult products in cold rolling production,precise cold rolling parameters are required in the production process.Therefore,in this paper,the effects of plastic deformation characteristic of 301L stainless steel under the state of forging and solution were investigated and the effects of cold rolling process on microstructure,properties and work hardening of 301L stainless steel was explored,this paper can provide certain technical parameters for the actual production of 301L stainless steel.In order to study the characteristic of plastic deformation of 301L stainless steel,the comparative analysis of compression tests for the 301L stainless steel under between the state of forging and solution up to 1080? was designed in this paper.The compression research results show that the hardness of 301L stainless steel under the state of solution is lower than that under the state of forging,the hardness curves of 301L stainless steel is similar to that of the corresponding hardening curves.With the increase of the deformation,the hardness of the state of forging and solution increase,the work hardening ratio under the state of solution is much stronger than that under the state of forging,and it is more conducive to the subsequent plastic processing.In order to study the cold rolling process,the effects of compression ratio on microstructure,properties and work hardening to three kinds of composition(A,B,C)301L stainless steel under the state of hot-rolled and cold-rolled(reduction rate were 20%,30%and 40%)was investigated in this paper.The research shows that with the increase of the compression ratios,the number of austenite decrease and ?'-martensite increases;When the reduction rate reached 40%,the austenite grain to be broken,the hardness,yield strength and tensile strength of 301L stainless steel increased,the elongation decreased significantly,three kinds of compositions 301L stainless steel both appear obviously work hardening,the A composition of 301L stainless steel has the most obvious cold hardening phenomenon,the hardness,yield strength and tensile strength were respectively increased 120.63HV,471.11 MPa and 340.78MPa.The tensile fracture morphology of 301L stainless steel sheet is mainly composed of dimples,and the amount of martensite transformation has a great influence on the size and number of dimples.The effects of cold rolling ratio on the characteristics of stress-strain curve of three kinds of components 301L stainless steel have similar rule,the strain hardening index of 301L stainless steel under reduction ratio 20%was about 0.09,while the reduction ratio increased to 30%,hardening index decreased to 0.04,which means that with the increase of cold rolling reduction rate,the material of strain hardening rate becomes lower.
