In recent years, people are paying more and more attention to the threats to human health caused by organic pollutants. Therefore,it is significant to establish a simple and efficient method to detect trace organic pollutants in environmental water, food and food packaging materials.Three-dimensional?3D?magnetic graphitic carbon?GC?materials have become a research hot spot in recent years due to their large?bond system, high specific surface area and magnetic separation/recovery.In this study, three magnetic carbon materials Fe3C/MnO/GC microspheres,Fe3O4@GC submicrocube and yolk-shell YS-Fe3O4@GC submicroboxes, were constructed and used as magnetic dispersion solid phase extraction?MDSPE?adsorbents.Combined with high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?,efficient methods to detect trace herbicides, phthalate esters, and sulfonamides were established. The basic research work is as follows:1.3D magnetic porous Fe3C/MnO/GC microspheres were successfully prepared and used for the analysis of four herbicides.Fe3C/MnO/GC microspheres have large specific surface, high porosity and graphite structure,so they show excellent adsorption performance for herbicides such as monuron, chlortoluron, atrazine and terbutylhylazine.Fe3C/MnO/GC microspheres were used as MDSPE materials and combined with HPLC,an efficient and rapid analytical method was successfully established for the simultaneous detection of four trace herbicides in environmental water, fruit and vegetable samples.Under the optimal conditions, good recovery?78-120%?,high enrichment factor?45-50?,good precision?RSD?10.7%?were obtained, the low limits of detection(water sample:0.01-0.10?g L-1;grape sample:0.22-0.87?g kg-1;sweet potato sample:0.18-0.74?g kg-1)were obtained, and the results were satisfactory.2.3D magnetic Fe3O4@GC submicrocubes were synthesized. The low-cost waste napkin was coated on the surface of Fe2O3 and further pyrolyzed to obtain Fe3O4@GC submicrocubes. The graphite carbon layer was generated in situ on the surface of Fe3O4,it has affinity for phthalate esters?PAEs?.In addition, the excellent magnetic properties of Fe3O4 was benefit to the rapid magnetic separation and recovery of materials.Fe3O4@GC submicrocubes were used as MDSPE materials and combined with HPLC,an efficient and rapid analytical method was successfully established for the simultaneous detection of five trace PAEs in beverage and beverage bottles.Under the optimal conditions, good recovery?80.0-112.8%?,good precision?RSD?8.8%?,low limits of detection(beverage sample:0.09-0.28?g L-1;plastic bottle sample;0.01-0.03?g g-1)were obtained and it was considered as a reliable method.3.3D yolk-shell YS-Fe3O4@GC submicroboxes were synthesized. It was consist of graphite carbon as the outer shell,Fe3O4 as the magnetic core, and the inner cavity structure.Due to its unique yolk-shell structure, the YS-Fe3O4@GC submicroboxes has large specific surface area and high pore volume, which is beneficial to the mass transfer of target analytes and thus improves the adsorption performance.YS-Fe3O4@GC submicroboxes were used as MDSPE materials and combined with HPLC,an efficient and rapid analytical method was successfully established for the simultaneous detection of four trace sulfonamides?SAs?in milk and meat samples.Under the optimal conditions, good recovery?77.2-118.0%?,good precision?RSD?9.6%?,low limits of detection(milk sample:0.11-0.25?g L-1;meat sample:0.46-2.24?g kg-1)were obtained, the results were satisfactory.
