In order to explore environmentally friendly porous materials with excellent sound absorption and adsorption properties In this paper,porous foamed materials were prepared from salix psammophila in the western sand area of Inner Mongolia.Discussed the influence of six conditions which is moisture content(MC),thickness,wood powder,proportion of adhesive,wood powder content and foaming agent dosage on sound absorption and adsorption properties of salix psammophila porous material.Salix psammophila porous material were characterized by surface topography,pore structure and SPSS analysis,constructed the relationship between structure of porous materials and sound absorption and adsorption properties.And compared the sound absorption properties of the adsorbed and unadsorbed salix psammophila porous material.The research result show that:1.When salix psammophila porous material absorbs sound waves,It has good sound absorption and noise reduction when the MC,thickness,mesh,adhesive ratio,wood powder content and foaming agent content is 0%,1 cm,60,1:2,0.25 g/cm3,4%.Performance,average sound absorption coefficient is 0.74,noise reduction coefficient is 0.69,and maximum sound absorption coefficient can reach 0.99.2.Used IPP software,measured and calculated of porosity and pore structure of salix psammophila porous material,the porous material of the salix psammophila has a porosity of up to 65%and an average pore size of at least 0.265 mm.The sound absorption coefficient of the salix psammophila porous material has a good linear relationship with the porosity and average pore size.With the increase of porosity and the decrease of average pore size,the average sound absorption coefficient increases.3.Study on adsorption effect of salix psammophila porous material prepared by different factors on particle contaminants,It is found that the salix psammophila porous material has certain adsorption effect on particulate pollutants.Adsorption of the salix psammophila porous material when the MC is 0%,the thickness is 1.25 cm,the ratio of adhesive is 3:1,the mesh is 80,the content of wood powder is 0.20 g/cm3,and the content of foaming agent is 8%The performance is good,the maximum adsorption amount is 532.2 ?g/m3,and the removal rate is 65.3%.4.Tested the sound absorption performance after the porous material adsorbed,it was found,the sound absorption performance of the adsorbed salix psammophila porous material is higher than that before adsorption.This depends on the porosity and pore size distribution of the material itself.According to the results of SPSS analysis,Different factors affect the level of effect.Among them,the most significant influence on the sound absorption coefficient is the moisture content and the ratio of the mixed adhesive.The most significant effect on the adsorption amount is the proportion of the adhesive.After the relationship between the adsorption degree of the porous material of Salix psammophila and the sound absorption coefficient,the relationship between the sound absorption coefficient and the adsorption amount is y=ax~2+bx+c(parabola).
