Transition-metal-catalyzed C-H bond amination and C-F bond sulfuration are emerging as a powerful synthetic tool in organic synthesis, which have attracted wide attention of chemistry researchers in recent years, and have been developed into powerful synthetic tools. These two synthetic strategies represent the features of high efficiency, atomic economical and environment-friendly,in accordance with the sustainable development environmental, and with a wide range of application prospects. This paper mainly focuses on the studies of intramolecular C-H bond amination and C-F bond sulfuration catalyzed by transition metals, and consists of four parts:?1?The recent advances in the studies of transition-metal-catalyzed intramolecular C-H amination, defluorinative functionalization and S8-involved sulfuration are briefly reviewed.?2?Palladium-catalyzed intramolecular C-H amination of CF3-containing enamine has been developed for the synthesis of 2-?trifluoromethyl?indole with moderate to excellent yields.?3?A method for the preparation of1,2-dithiole-3-thiones via copper-catalyzed defluorinative thioannulation of trifluoropropynes has been develpoed. This reaction displays a wide substrate scope and high functional group tolerance to afford the corresponding sulfur-heterocycles in moderate to good yields.?4?A copper-catalyzed isothiocyanation of amines with sodium bromodifluoroacetate and sulfur has been established. This approach represents a simple and efficient one-pot synthesis of isothiocyanates, and features excellent functional group tolerance. Moreover, this process could directly provide isothiocyanate analogous bioactive molecules,thiocarbonyl-containing pesticides and facile construction of benzoxazole and benzimidazole frames.
