So far it is short on disposal capacity of solid waste in China,a new disposal method of solid waste co-disposed by pulverized coal fired boiler is proposed in this study.In this paper,The volatilization and solidification of typical heavy metals(lead,cadmium,zinc,arsenic)and the thermal degradation efficiency of refractory organic compounds(benzene and vinyl chloride)in the co-disposal of waste by pulverized coal furnace were studied.Study on the influence of solid waste synergistic disposal in pulverized coal fired boilers on the operating conditions of pulverized coal fired boilers?The release characteristics and environmental risks of typical organic pollutants,dioxins(PCDD/Fs),16 kinds of common heavy metals in exhaust gas,waste water and waste residue of each discharge node during engineering test were studied.The incineration effect of organic marker on dichlorobenzene and the migration and distribution of 16 common heavy metals were analyzed.The results show that no matter under 90% load or 50% load,the coordinative disposal will not affect the changes of furnace temperature,oxygen content,standard flue gas volume at the outlet of desulfurization tower and main steam parameters.The volatilization rate of lead,cadmium,zinc and arsenic can reach more than 99.9% at 1000 ~1450 C in the laboratory,among which chloride is easier to volatilize,and the alkalinity is 0.2,which has a weak solidification effect on heavy metal lead,cadmium,zinc and arsenic;the co-disposal of solid waste has little effect on the discharge of waste gas,the subsequent treatment of waste water and the utilization of waste residue.In addition,except for volatile heavy metals Hg and Tl,the proportion of semi-volatile heavy metals and other heavy metals in flue gas is relatively low.Because the proportion of heavy metals in flue gas,fly ash and slag is far less than 1,it shows that a large number of heavy metals are discharged through desulfurization gypsum or desulfurization wastewater,indicating that the integrated equipment of desulfurization and dust removal has a good removal effect on semi-volatile heavy metals and other heavy metals.Pulverized coal fired boilers in power plants can be used to dispose of solid waste synergistically.It is preliminarily judged that the combustible wastes containing organic pollutants and wastes with low heavy metal content can be disposed of,but the amount of volatile heavy metals Hg and Tl should be strictly controlled.
