Epoxy resin concrete is a kind of high-efficiency,environment-friendly and energy-saving building material compared with ordinary concrete.It has the advantages of high strength,strong toughness,corrosion resistance,good crack resistance,strong fire resistance.Under the new situation of popularizing construction industrialization and saving energy and environmental protection,epoxy resin concrete has a very wide development prospect and application space.The research on epoxy resin concrete in our country started late,and the theoretical research is far from perfect,which leads to its narrow application field.At present,the research of epoxy resin concrete at home and abroad is mainly about the composition and performance of epoxy resin concrete,the application of road and bridge,crack repair and so on.The research of epoxy resin concrete as a kind of structural material is very few.However,because of its obvious advantages over ordinary concrete,and with the emergence of resource and energy crisis and the increasing awareness of environment and health,It is necessary and feasible to use it as a structural material instead of ordinary concrete in the field of construction engineering.It is not only in line with the development law of the industry itself,but also conforms to the needs of the development of the times.In this paper,epoxy resin concrete is studied as a structural material.Firstof all,on the basis of previous studies,it is determined through tests whether waterborne epoxy resin or oil epoxy resin is used in the composition of the material.Then the mixture ratio of a new type epoxy resin concrete is determined by tests to meet the performance requirements of the new epoxy resin concrete as structural material.After that,the new epoxy resin concrete mixture ratio was used to make large columns to study its axial compression performance.Combined with the test of ordinary concrete columns,the two are compared and analyzed.Finally,the finite element simulation is carried out by ABAQUS software,and the test results are compared with the simulation results.The originality of this subject is to make the common components used in practical engineering by using the mix ratio determined by the previous test to carry out the test,which can not only ensure that the performance will be a real reaction of the new epoxy resin concrete as a structural material,but also enhance the authenticity and persuasion of the test data.The research in this paper can provide a reference for epoxy resin concrete as structural material,and provide a theoretical basis for further study of epoxy resin concrete.At the same time,it also provides a solid theoretical support for the application of epoxy resin concrete as a structural materials in the field of engineering construction.
