Abstract/Summary:
The rheological property is an important property in the process of pumping and construction of foamed concrete.The existing rheological property measurement method is mainly the rotational viscometer method used in the laboratory.This paper refers to the funnel device for measuring the rheological property of cement mortar and improves its principle and size to obtain the funnel method measuring device for foamed concrete,also studied the applicability of the method of funnel and repeatability,and the funnel method and comparative study on the rotational viscometer method,and then discusses the different dosage of water cement ratio,the bubble volume,water reducing agent,the influence law of rheological properties of foam concrete of fly ash,and also discusses the above several factors the influence of rheological properties of foam concrete,study two methods of measuring the same when the foam concrete influence law of consistency,The reasons for the differences and similarities of the results of the two methods are pointed out,and the limitations of the funnel method are pointed out.Finally,the funnel method is simplified by mathematical method,and the mathematical relation between the two methods is established,so as to facilitate the application.The research results show that:(1)the developed funnel method can be used to quickly determine the rheological properties of foamed concrete.(2)when using the funnel method to measure the rheological property of foamed concrete,the sample should be measured by selecting the appropriate diameter of the blanking port according to the different flow expansion.(3)compared with the rotary viscometer,the repeatability of funnel method meets the requirements.At the same time,because of the difference in shear rate between the two methods,the plastic viscosity measured by the funnel method is much higher than that by the rotational viscometer method,and the yield stress measured by the funnel method is greater than that by the rotational viscometer method.(4)the law of rheological parameters measured by funnel method and rotational viscometer method is consistent.The effects of water-cement ratio,foam volume and water reducer on the rheological properties of slurry were studied by funnel method and rotational viscometer method.(5)the limitation of the funnel method: when the slurry critical shear rate,shear rate is less than level Ⅰ of fly ash mixed with good make the rheological properties of slurry,two methods of measuring laws;When the shear rate is greater than the critical shear rate of slurry,funnel method cannot be measured,measured by rotary viscometer method known after the rheological properties of slurry with Ⅰ level,the increase of fly ash.(6)simplification of funnel method: the funnel method is simplified by mathematical method,the empirical formula for calculating the rheological parameters of funnel method is proposed,and the empirical formula for quickly converting the rheological parameters between funnel method and rotational viscometer method is established,and the feasibility of the formula is verified by mathematical method.
