Fast and efficient detection methods have become an important means to ensure food safety.Traditional detection methods have great limitations for rapid detection. The rapid development of Surface Enhanced Raman scattering?SERS?has attracted the attention of many researchers. In addition to the short time-consuming detection, the advantages of low sample consumption,no damage, and in-situ detection are widely used.According to food testing requirements,SERS substrates for rapid detection of Phthalic Acid Esters and various food pollutants are prepared. The details are as follows:?1?The?-CD modified on the surface of Ag@Fe3O4@Ag as an active substrate for detecting PAEs.The sensitivity and reproducibility of the substrate were verified by series characterization. The calculation reaserch shows that the Butyl benzyl phthalate?BBP?molecules were specifically captured by?-CD to form a clathrate, which improves the detection limitation of PAEs and realizes the detection of PAEs in liquor samples.?2?Large-area,high-density Au nanoprism film was assembled at the N-hexane-water interface by liquid-liquid interface self-assembly method.Combining the extraction and assembly operations of samples, this method makes analytes fall on the surface of the substrate to achieve in-situ rapid detection of PAEs.?3?The Au namoprism film was transferred to the surface of the filter paper to prepare a flexible portable substrate.According to the principle of paper chromatography,a mixture of fluorescent yellow and rhodamine 6G was separated by a developing agent, and the separated R6G was successfully detected by SERS technology. The flexible paper directly wipes and adsorbs pesticide residues and additives, which reduces the pretreatment operation of samples. This method produces a portable SERS multi-function substrate induction card.
