In this paper,the C-H fluoroalkylation reaction of styrene by cobalt metal catalyst system at room temperature and the N-formylation of aniline under mild conditions without additives were carried out.The work of this thesis is divided into the following two parts:Chapter one details the photocatalytic reaction of C-H fluoroalkyl to styrene.The introduction of fluorine atoms in organic compounds has important application value in pesticides and drugs.The method is characterized by mild reaction conditions,low catalyst cost and wide range of substrate adaptability.In addition,this convenient method will provide a simple synthesis for novel monofluoroalkylated natural products and pharmaceutical derivatives.Based on this,it is practical to achieve direct coupling of styrene with a fluoroalkylating agent under mild conditions.Styrene and its related derivatives were used as research objects.The effects of alkali,solvent,light source and time on the reaction were mainly investigated.The optimal reaction conditions of the Heck reaction were explored,the use of methylene chloride as solvent,10 mol%[Co?dmgH?2pySnPh3],3equiv iPr2NEt is optimal under the protection of sealed argon for 12 hours.The method obtains a higher yield product by fluoroalkylation of styrene containing different substituents.At the same time,we have a reasonable explanation of the mechanism of the reaction,using a variety of free radical scavengers to verify that the reaction is carried out by the free radical route.Chapter two describes the N-formylation of aniline compounds without metal and additives.Formamide structures are widely present in drug molecules and natural products.N-formylation has a pivotal role in drug synthesis,and such methods provide a direct route to the synthesis of structurally diverse formamides.In this paper,the direct formylation of aniline compounds under mild conditions without catalysts and additives was studied,and the synthesis of formamides under simple conditions was achieved.The reaction has the characteristics of simple operation,quick reaction,strong adaptability of the functional group and easy separation of the product.The isotope labeling experiment was carried out to study the reaction mechanism.
