Liquid detergents such as laundry detergents and shower gels play an important cleaning role in life,but the adhesion of such products to the inner wall of the package is obvious.In this paper,the relationship between the amount of liquid detergent adhered to the plastic sheet and the surface tension,apparent viscosity of the liquid detergent and the surface energy of the solid was investigated by the DR method and the EA method.Then,based on the biomimetic pitcher plant,the liquid detergent anti-adhesive lubrication surface was prepared.In order to select a suitable lubricating liquid,different liquids and three different viscosities(5cSt,10 cSt,30cSt)of dimethyl silicone oil,two kinds perfluoropolyethers(Krytox GPL101,104)were tested for mutual solubility.The directional SLIPS(lubricating fluid infiltrated porous surface)and the self-assembly(LBL)-based SLIPS of the surface of the biomonic pitcher plant were combined with the directional lyophobic surface of the rice leaf.The prepared liquid detergent anti-adhesive lubricating coating was characterized by SEM,roughness measuring instrument and contact angle measuring instrument,and the surface anti-adhesion performance and stability test were carried out with honey and shower gel.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)Measurement of the adhesion per unit area based on the DR method and the EA method revealed that the adhesion amount per unit area of the liquid detergent based on the DR method for the hard sheet was more accurate than the EA method.The sheet was pulled out from the soaked liquid detergent and left to stand.In the initial standing stage,the surface tension of the liquid detergent had an obvious influence on the adhesion amount;with the increasement of the standing time,the apparent viscosity of the liquid detergent was gradually obvious of influencing the adhesion amount;the influence of surface tension on the adhesion amount was gradually decreased.And the adhesion amount of the liquid detergent to the surface was positively correlated with the solid surface energy.(2)The mutual solubility test of lubricating fluid and different liquids showed that the mutual solubility of different lubricating fluids and different liquids was different.Silicone oil and blue moon hand soap had different degrees of mutual solubility,and the smaller the viscosity,the more obvious the mutual solubility of silicone oil;The fluoropolyether solution and the clove oil were slightly miscible;the two types of lubricating fluid and the ramie were slightly miscible.(3)The "trench" microstructure obtained by rubbing the surface of polypropylene(PP)with sandpaper during the preparation of oriented SLIPS provided conditions for storing lubricating fluid.When the surface roughness of PP was ?1.891 ?m,the water contact angle was 135°,and the water contact angle after dimethyl silicone oil deposition was 141°.The contact angle of the PP lubricating coating obtained after impregnation of the lubricating liquid were 105° and 59° for water and dodecane,respectively,and the inclination angles of the oriented water and dodecane were 2° and 4°,respectively.The honey and shower gel can slide on the lubricating surface without leaving obvious traces.After immersing for 0.5h in the two liquids,the surface adhesion of the lubricating coating were 88.4% ?86.7% lower than that of the untreated surface,respectively.After soaking for 96 h,respectively.It were reduced by 39.8%?26.7%.(4)Dimethyl silicone oil and perfluoropolyether are two common materials in the preparation of lubricating coatings.In order to reduce costs and impact on the environment,the preparation methods and properties of lubricating fluids independent of these two materials were studied.The surface of Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was deposited with polyacrylamide(PAM)and perfluorosulfonic acid(Nafion)by self-assembly technology(LBL),and then 10 cSt lubricant was infiltrated into the porous surface to obtain the lubricating surface.By orthogonal test,the optimum experimental conditions were as follows: the number of deposition cycles was 5,the time of immersion in polymer solution and washing was 40 seconds,and the water contact angle of porous surface is 146.8°.The contact angles of water and dodecane were 107.9°and 58.5°respectively,and the inclination angles are 2°and 4°respectively,which reach the super-lubricated surface.The sliding time of bath lotion and honey on the lubricated surface was 1 s and 7 s longer than that on the directional antiadhesion lubricated surface,without obvious residual marks.After 0.5 hours immersion in the two liquids,the adhesion of the lubricated coating surface decreased by 86.7% and 89.6% compared with the untreated surface,and by 18.3% and 28.6% respectively after 96 hours immersion.
