Nanotechnology is widely used in the new medical treatment,cosmetic and medical products,textiles/fabrics,semiconductors,chemical industry,electronics,aerospace industry and photo-chemistry fields.Traditional physico/chemical synthesis methods use some toxic and harmful chemicals,causing the environment being polluted.Therefore,it is particularly important to find a green and benign nanoparticles synthesis method.Biosynthesis technology is a new type of new nano-material preparation technology that has recently emerged.Green preparation can be achieved by this technology.The strong acid,strong alkali and toxic and harmful chemical reagent solvent are not used in the synthesis process,the preparation condition is mild,and the cost is extremely low,and the prepared nano material has good dispersity and strong stability.In this paper,nano-silver and nano-gold were prepared by persimmon extract,and nano-silver was synthesized by extracting the nano-materials.The nano-materials were characterized.Besides,their antioxidant properties and antibacterial properties were evaluated.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Reducing silver nitrate by using persimmon and larva extract is to obtain nano-silver particles,and exploring the preparation process under different precursor concentration,reaction temperature and pH,and obtaining the best conditions for the reaction;The properties of nanomaterials were characterized by using various characterization methods,their antibacterial and antioxidant properties can be evaluated.(2)Reducing chloroauric acid from persimmon extract is to prepare nano-gold particles,and exploring the preparation process under different precursor concentration,reaction temperature and pH,and obtaining the best conditions for the reaction;The properties of nano-materials were characterized by using various characterization methods,their antibacterial and antioxidant properties can be evaluated.All in all,the persimmons,larvae and other plants used in this paper are non-toxic and harmless,convenient and easy to obtain,what's more,the persimmons are particularly more in autumn and winter,not only have a low utilization rate,but also the price is very low.Then,It will have good dispersion and high stability to synthesize the nanoparticles by them.Finally,the green synthesis preparation technology and application of nano-gold/silver were studied,which provides a new content for the research of nano-materials.
