| With the speed of urban construction,a large amount of construction waste has been generated during the construction process. How to solve urban construction waste has also become a difficult problem. In response to the national call for environmental protection and the treatment and use of building waste, this paper discusses the research background, application status, and the main research content, research ideas and technical routes of the trial of building waste recycled concrete, and tests the basic properties of raw materials. The mechanical properties and durability of fully-graded and recycled concrete in building waste were studied experimentally. The utilization of building waste resources can not only solve the problem of building waste occupying land resources, but also save sand and stone and other concrete raw material resources, which is conducive to environmental protection and economic benefits. The results of the test were collated and analyzed to draw the following conclusions:1.Basic properties of aggregate: The accumulation density and apparent density of recycled aggregate of building waste are relatively small compared to natural aggregate, and the water absorption, mud content, and crushing values of building waste aggregate are higher than natural aggregate.2.Concrete mechanical properties: The substitution rate and water ash ratio of recycled aggregate are two important factors that affect the mechanical properties of concrete. With the increase of the substitution rate of recycled aggregate and the ratio of water ash,the compressive strength, compressive strength and split tensile strength of recycled concrete are all reduced. When the replacement rate of coarse and fine aggregate of construction waste is 100 %,the mechanical properties of fully reclaimed concrete are reduced to 34 %-42 % of ordinary concrete.3.Concrete durability: The durability of recycled concrete is lower than that of ordinary concrete.Construction waste recycled coarse aggregate is the weak link of the durability of recycled concrete, and water ash ratio is also an important factor that affects the durability of concrete.Construction waste recycled coarse aggregate and water ash ratio directly or indirectly affect the compactness of concrete, thus affecting the durability of concrete.performance. |
