In recent years, under the background of energy conservation and environmental protection policies, the ultra-low emission market has formed a situation of continuous competition. The control and removal of particulate matter from combustion sources has become a hot issue in the field of energy and environment.Acoustic agglomeration equipment stands out in various particle pretreatment technologies because of its short installation period, investment cost and operating cost far lower than that of wet electrostatic precipitator technology. However, the simple sonic agglomeration technology still has problems such as the low efficiency of the actual power plant application,so a variety of joint agglomeration technologies have emerged. Two parts of research work are carried out for the combined agglomeration of acoustic agglomeration and turbulent agglomeration in this paper,.The first part,in terms of software simulation,is designed for the bluff body and vortex of the current mainstream application.Optimized shape selection, numerical simulation analysis is carried out to change the distribution of flow field and sound field characteristics in the agglomeration chamber with different shapes of bluff body. Finally, the spoiler cylinder is selected to generate large-scale turbulence;the lightning vortex is selected to produce small-scale turbulence.Aiming at the problems of the selection and arrangement of the spoiler in the turbulent concentrator, the relationship between the spacing between the spoiler and the vortex and the pressure drop and the velocity of the particles in the turbulent flow are analyzed through simulation. In the second part, the combined acoustic wave agglomeration and turbulent flow are combined and orthogonal experiments are carried out.In this paper, the acoustic agglomeration combined with turbulent flow and the removal of fine particles were systematically studied. The distribution of sound field and flow field in the agglomeration chamber was numerically simulated, and the effects of various influencing factors on joint agglomeration were explored through experiments.Acoustic agglomeration combined with turbulent coalescence I technology has a very promising future in engineering applications where fine particulate matter controls emissions.
