Construction of well bore construction in the western mining area generally adopts the full deep freezing method.Due to the limitation of the retarding cement slurry displacement,it is easy to form a circular channel between the frozen pipe and the wall of the frozen hole,so as to communicate the aquifers in different layers and make it hydraulic connection,which will affect the safety production of the mine,and the grouting is needed to block the ring channel.On the basis of Ying Panhao coal mine,The research methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,laboratory test and field application were adopted,the research on the mechanism of the displacement plugging and the nonlinear deformation process of surrounding rock under the action of high pressure grouting in the annular channel were carried out,and provided a theoretical basis for the selection of key parameters of grouting engineering.The physical and chemical properties of typical quick setting slurry(C-S slurry)were tested,the diffusion control equation of the viscosity time denatured slurry in the annular channel was established based on the rheological properties of the condensate-fast slurry.The spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the slurry viscosity,diffusion distance and slurry diffusion pressure were studied by the COMSOL multiphysical field numerical simulation software.Through the orthogonal test method,5 factors which affect deformation of the injected rock mass were analyzed by the orthogonal test method by the usement of the ABAQUS numerical simulation software,including the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock,the mechanical properties of the well bore,the length of the orifice tube,the grouting pressure,the grouting method and so on,and the main controlling factors were determined;The three-dimensional numerical simulation test was carried out to study the stress and deformation characteristics of the wall and the surrounding rock under the action of high pressure grouting.The case of water gushing in the construction of the freezing method in several mining areas in western China was analyzed,accorded to the cause of the disaster,the types of water damage to the annular hidden channel were summarized.Based on the results of theoretical and numerical analysis,the key grouting indexes for grouting sealing in the shaft of a shaft freezing hole were determined,including grouting material,grouting pressure,grouting rate and the dispersion distance of slurry.;Grouting treatment of the freezing hole in the auxiliary shaft was carried out based on the Ying Panhao coal mine,good grouting effect has been achieved,and the research results have certain reference value for similar projects in Western China.
