As coal mining has gradually developed into deep and complex conditions.How to evaluate and control the stability of surrounding rock under different environment conditions and achieve safe and efficient production is a major concern of coal enterprises.This paper takes the 5301 working face of the five mining area of New River coal mine as the background,Combined with actual geological conditions of mine,the method of field measurement,laboratory experiment,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis is applied to study the stability evaluation of deep mining roadway surrounding rock.Theory analysis of instability criterion of surrounding rock,the determination of the structure and properties of the inner surrounding rock will be the key index to measure the degree of instability and the difficulty of controlling the surrounding rock.The damage range of deep surrounding rock byYS(B)type borehole TV is 3m.Analysis of influence factors on deformation and failure of roadway surrounding rock through field measurement and laboratory experiment,A comprehensive evaluation method based on Fuzzy Mathematics,The evaluation index of stability of roadway surrounding rock is determined by 9 factors such as rock strength.At the same time,the method of index value is solved.Through evaluation,it is determined that the surrounding rock of the mining roadway in the 5301 working face is unstable.In order to further explore the evaluation method of stability of surrounding rock,an intelligent system for comprehensive evaluation of stability of roadway surrounding rock is developed and applied to practice,and the effect is good.In view of the stability of the surrounding rock of the deep mining roadway,the Countermeasures of bolting and bolting coupling support are preliminarily determined,with the help of the numerical simulation method,the support effect is simulated and the support scheme is optimized.Through in-depth study on geological mechanical properties of surrounding rock and the engineering environment put forward the scientific control of surrounding rock theory,explore a supporting design as the center of the roadway surrounding,rock stability evaluation system,the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of surrounding rock has important theoretical and practical significance.
